Return Policy
At James & Emma Sydney, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be instances where you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Fitting the product is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.
- Returns of products ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return (partially) are not allowed.
Return Process
- Register your return via info@jamesemmasydney.com within 30 days after receiving the item.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- You will return the item at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
- We strongly advise using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the return is properly documented.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received at the return address and its condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
